JL Pulse

Feel the signal.

JL Pulse is the proprioceptive feedback layer of JL Influence. It helps athletes feel movement from inside the body — using haptic cues, sensor zones, and body-map feedback to build the body awareness that coaching words alone cannot create.

Why proprioception matters

Athletes know what to do.
They don't know how it feels.

A young athlete hears “drive your knee.” A sprinter is told “push the ground back.” A linebacker is cued to “stay low.” The words are right. But many athletes cannot feel what those cues mean inside their own body.

JL Pulse closes that gap. It turns coaching language into body knowledge — through haptic feedback, sensor zones, and body-map education that athletes can feel in real time during training.

What you sayWhat they feelWhat they learn
Posture

Athletes cannot feel poor posture until feedback makes it tangible.

Rhythm

Timing cues turn abstract 'be quick' coaching into felt body knowledge.

Left/Right

Balance asymmetries are felt before they're visible on video.

Tension

Stiffness and over-gripping are felt — not seen — in fast movement.

JL Pulse capabilities

The body feedback layer.

Haptic Cueing

Precisely timed vibration cues that guide athletes to the correct movement position — without words.

Body-Map Feedback

Visual and tactile feedback mapped to specific body zones so athletes know exactly where to pay attention.

Rhythm & Timing

Cues that sync to stride frequency, ground-contact rhythm, and breathing — teaching the body to feel tempo.

Sensor Zones

Left/right awareness, posture correction, and balance feedback delivered in real time during training.

Proprioceptive Loop

Continuous body-position feedback that builds internal awareness faster than verbal coaching alone.

Part of the JL Influence Network

JL Pulse is the FEEL node.

In the JL Influence loop, FEEL comes first. The athlete receives body feedback through JL Pulse — haptic cues, sensor events, rhythm feedback, and body-map awareness. That signal feeds into the rest of the network: SEE through JL Vision, LEARN through JL Methodology, ADAPT through MovementOS, and REPEAT through JL Speed.
