We reserve the right to modify or reduce an athlete's training intensity based on our readiness assessment system. This includes pausing training when an athlete reports an emotional state of 2 or below, as outlined in our methodology.

This does not constitute an ongoing therapeutic relationship unless a separate clinical agreement is established through our therapy services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
