The Youth Development program is designed for young athletes who want to get faster, more coordinated, and more confident. Whether your child plays baseball, soccer, football, basketball, or just wants to try track & field — this program builds the foundation.
We focus on proper running mechanics, age-appropriate plyometrics, and bodyweight strength. Every session is structured but fun — kids work hard AND enjoy themselves.
Currently in our 6th week with 8-10 athletes. We're growing to 20 — join us!
10 minutes of dynamic stretching and movement prep
20 minutes of drills focusing on mechanics and technique
20 minutes of sprints, plyo, and strength work
10 minutes of fun competitions and challenges
