Development Method

This isn't a workout class. It's a training program for athletes who are serious about getting faster, jumping farther, and competing at the next level.

We're building a squad of long jumpers, triple jumpers, sprinters, and multi-sport speed athletes. Whether you're chasing PRs, college recruitment, or just want to dominate your sport — this is where it happens.

Application required. Limited spots. High expectations.

Building The Squad:

  • 🦘 6-8 Long Jumpers & Triple Jumpers
  • ⚡ 10-15 Sprinters (100m, 200m, 400m)
  • 🏈 Multi-Sport Speed Athletes (Football, Soccer, Baseball)
  • 🏀 Basketball Players (Speed & Vertical)
